What if Trump loses eventually? What then? That is what many pro-life conservatives are asking themselves.
On today’s episode, Mark discusses the lessons learned from the 2020 presidential election with Seth Drayer, VP of Created Equal.
Here are our lessons learned:
- We are a sharply divided nation. The mixed bag of a successful Louisiana amendment and a failed Colorado abortion ban demonstrates sharply divided culture. Also, more people voted FOR the LA amendment than voted for Trump, which is a sign there remain some pro-life Dems.
- The POTUS does matter. Some Christians argued prior to the election POTUS’s view on abortion didn’t matter because he has little influence over it. Joe Biden has already announced his plan (if inaugurated) to reverse the Mexico City Policy, restore funding to PP, etc.
- Statism indicates misplaced faith. The state is the highest authority to secularists, and the ultimate goal is getting their guy in power. Therefore, they were devastated when Trump won and danced in the streets now that Biden may have won. Christians acknowledge higher authority.
- The crackdown on conservative voices by BIG TECH has now officially occurred. It is past time to reconsider our dependence on these platforms to educate Americans. Moving to Parler is a short-term fix but does not address the problem of BIG TECH and overall media censorship.
- No president is a proxy for changing culture. There is no current political solution for abortion. Even with the addition of Amy Coney Barrett to the SCOTUS Roe is not going to be overturned any time soon. There is no substitute for the consistent proclamation of truth in the public square.

Because of the horrifying killing of George Floyd a paradigm shift has occurred in how Americans view race relations with police. For good reason, most are looking for ways to support the efforts of advancing racial equality. Many support the organization #BlackLivesMatter.
At first glance this makes sense. They are well known, organized, and at the forefront the of the current national protests. However, a quick look at the agenda of the #BlackLivesMatter should concern Christians.
On Today’s show Mark interviews Author Ryan Bomberger whose biological mother was raped yet courageously gave him a chance to live and the beautiful gift of adoption. Ryan is a broadcast media designer, producer, columnist, passionate factivist, international public speaker and author of the powerful book, Not Equal: Civil Rights Gone Wrong. He has weekly podcast entitled Life has Purpose.
Ryan lays out the Top Ten Reasons Why I Won’t Support the #BlackLivesMatter Movement.

David French, a pro-life civil rights attorney, recently wrote about the reality of politics and abortion in America today. In his piece he makes the case that voting for Republican for president doesn’t reduce abortion.

This is a tough topic. There is a lot of confusion out there. With just a few days left before the election, I think it’s worth having the conversation.
Mark responds to the video and answers the question: Does voting for a Republican president reduce abortions and lead to the protection of the unborn?
If abortion advocates win on election day:
- Abortion-on-demand will be codified into federal law.
- No state will be able to protect mothers and babies from abortionists.
- Planned Parenthood will run the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Abortion advocates will pack Supreme Court with judicial activists
For months, Created Equal has been working hard to keep our government out of the hands of rabid pro-abortion extremists with our projects. Our Unborn Black Lives Matter and VOTE ANTI-ABORTION billboards and postcards have reached thousands. Our Road Trip for Life has hit college campuses engaging students in conversations that challenging them to re-think their anti-life position.
This is our last-ditch effort to save America and the unborn!
The Vote Anti-Abortion Tour will visit Columbus, Toledo, Dayton, Pittsburgh, Scranton, and Wilkes Barre before Election Day.
The tour has already traveled to Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
