On today’s episode, Mark interviews attorney Robert Muise. Mark and Rob talk about the thorny subject of vaccine mandates. Rob was successful in getting exemptions to the vaccine mandates at the University of Michigan on behalf of students and employees and has been working with some military personnel as well. He has some very prudent suggestions for how Christians should respond to the challenge of vaccine mandates.
Questions that will be answered are: Is there a difference between mandates coming from private employers as opposed to government mandates? What is the status of the law regarding mandates?

We also discuss the Texas Heartbeat Law and the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case currently before the US Supreme Court. The American Freedom Law Center filed an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief in the Dobbs case.

On today’s episode, Mark speaks with Professor Robert George about the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case currently before the US Supreme Court. The Dobbs case is generating considerable speculation that the court could overturn Roe v. Wade. Oral arguments will likely take place in early 2022 and the decision could be handed down in June.
During the interview Mark asks Professor George:

Today, Mark speaks with a former abortionist turned pro-life advocate, Kathi Aultman, MD. Her experiences committing abortions, and those in her Ob/Gyn practice, led her to becoming anti-abortion. She has testified extensively on a variety of pro-life issues before state and congressional bodies and state courts and has assisted various state attorneys and the Justice Department.
On today’s program you will learn how Kathi became prolife after initially being so pro-abortion and performing abortions. She will also describe the abortion techniques she used to kill children.
As an Associate Scholar at the Charlotte Lozier institute, Kathi has testified in support of Heartbeat Bills currently moving through legislatures across America. Some believe the bills are unenforceable because they leave the abortionist in charge of detecting a fetal heartbeat. As a former abortionist, she will explain why Heartbeat Bills are enforceable.
