Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke has repeatedly refused to support a law that would stop infanticide and require doctors to care for babies who are born alive after failed abortions.
The issue of Democrat support for post-birth abortions continues to shock Americans as the US Senate has been attempting to pass the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.
Watch O’Rourke here: https://bit.ly/2OiPPoQ
Not only does O’Rourke have a 100-percent pro-abortion voting record like the other Democrat presidential candidates, he also sponsored a radical pro-abortion bill that would have legalized abortions for basically any reason up to birth.
The so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act” was introduced in Congress in 2017, with dozens of Democrat sponsors, including likely presidential candidates Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, Kristen Gillibrand and Bernie Sanders.
Nicknamed the “Abortion Without Limits Until Birth Act” by pro-life groups, the bill would have invalidated nearly all state and federal abortion regulations, including waiting periods, informed consent requirements, bans on late-term abortions and sex-selection abortions and more.
Additionally, Mark testified before the Ohio Health Committee on the Heartbeat Bill. The measure is expected to get a vote next week and be signed soon by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
On Tuesday, proponent testimony was heard in the Ohio House Health Committee for SB 23, the Heartbeat Bill. Janet Porter of Faith2Action and Mark Harrington of Created Equal testified. Mark’s testimony begins at 3:10:04 and ends at 3:19:01.
Watch it here: https://bit.ly/2ujE2xr
Here is an excerpt from Mark's testimony:
"It is the responsibility of every representative of this general assembly to reject the court in this case, defy Roe v. Wade, and reclaim their authority over the writing of laws and pass bills which protect preborn people from murder, just like born people are protected from murder."
Please be in prayer for passage of this bill. The Ohio Health Committee will receive opponent testimony next Tuesday and a committee vote could be forthcoming very soon.
Watch and listen to Mark discuss these issues and provide practical action every American can take who loves life and liberty.

It’s a Bad Week to be Pro-Abortion | The Mark Harrington Show | 3-15-19
This week, Ohio continued to be at the forefront of the abortion debate. In the past few days, the Heartbeat Bill passed the Ohio Senate, Ohio Senate Democrats refused to condemn infanticide, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Planned Parenthood can be defunded, and abortionist Martin Haskell’s late term abortion facility faces closure.
Listen as Mark deals with each of these important developments one at a time.
First: On Wednesday, the Heartbeat Bill passed the Ohio Senate by a vote of 19-13 and now the bill heads over to the House of Representatives.
The difference between now and the past is Ohio has a governor who has pledged to sign the bill.
Second: Ohio Democrats and abortion groups refused to condemn infanticide.
The issue of Democrat support for post-birth abortions continues to have legs. This week, an Ohio Senate heard a resolution supporting the effort by the US Senate to pass the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. In committee, none of the Democrats voted for the resolution. In fact, freshman Senator Tina Maharath (D) was roundly rebuked by Chairman Dave Burke (R) for daring to say the committee had more important issues to spend their time on. He said, “it is absurd that a child would be left on a table after birth.”
NARAL’s deputy director Jaime Miracle was chided by Sen. Peggy Lehner for changing the subject of the infanticide debate from the babies who survive an abortion attempt to violence towards abortion providers.
Interestingly, foreseeing political peril ahead, when the measure was brought to full Senate, Democrats voted for the resolution.
Third: abortionist Martin Haskell’s late-term abortion facility got a hearing on revocation of his license.
Abortionist Martin Haskell has nine lives. That’s more than I can say for the thousands of babies he has butchered over the decades. Thankfully, Haskell’s killing machine is running out of legal options. We anticipate his killing center will finally be shuttered. Created Equal has played a part in this outcome.
Watch and listen to Mark discuss these issues and provide practical direction for every American who loves life.

Making Your Case Persuasively | The Mark Harrington Show | 3-8-19
After spending a few days at the Ohio State House recently listening to abortion advocates defend preborn child-killing, I was nauseated. But what may have been worse was witnessing the inability of pro-life legislators to refute their sloppy arguments.
But the real question is, if Christians don’t know how to make a compelling case for preborn how can we expect our legislators to?
This is what you will learn to do on this episode of The Mark Harrington Show.
- Simplify the abortion issue for those who think it’s complex.
- Defend the pro-life view scientifically and philosophically.
- Refute common objections to the pro-life view.
